Return / Exchange Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, we want to make sure the process is as simple as possible. Naturally, we cannot accept returns on overly used products. Products must be returned in the original packaging.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you received a damaged or defective item, or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges, and we will not charge any restocking or other fee in connection with the return. In addition, you will receive a replacement item or full refund for the item.

The item must be returned to us, unopened (unless the item was received by you in a defective or damaged condition) and in its original packaging, within 15 days from the ship date. You must also follow the Return Procedures specified below.

We cannot accept items back that have been opened or used unless the item was received by you in a damaged or defective condition. Damaged or defective items returned without their original packaging will not receive a refund.

Online Purchase:

If you wish to return a product, please do so within 15 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping and handling. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.

  1. Complete the “Clixit Return & Exchange Form on the website, print and include it on your return package. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely.
  2. Affix the “Return Label to the outside of your return package. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All returns should be mailed to:

  1. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Wholesalers:

For items returned to your retail store or place of business, please return un-used portion of the product to Clixit, LLC for a refund of the Cost per Unit paid at the time of the Wholesale purchase.
